Country house with plot of land located in the outskirts of a quiet village 40 km east of the town of Pleven, Bulgaria.
The property is situated in a calm region within the limits of a village but not far away from the fields and small hills surrounding the settlement.
The house has two floors and attic space, all of them connected via solid internal staircase. There are two rooms on the ground level, two rooms and two terraces on the second floor and one big premise with a terrace in the attic. The property has running water and electricity but had never been fully completed. It needs finishing work on the interior and the exterior. The structure has concrete plates between the floors.
The yard also needs a bit of cleaning but it offers a medium sized plot of land which is flat and easy to clean and maintain. The soil in this region is very rich and fertile so those who love gardening will be happy with the conditions here.
The village is quiet and offers a post office, mayor`s office, supermarket, small library and coffee bar. It is located just 5 km away from the nearest town – Levski, which has many shops and stores, a train station with direct links to Sofia, Varna, Ruse and many other places all across Bulgaria. Those who like fishing can enjoy their hobby around the banks of the nearby Osam River, which also has some good sites for camping and an outdoor picnics.
