Old country house with private yard, a barn and outbuildings situated in a quiet area within the limits of a big village 50 km northeast of Vratsa, Bulgaria.
The property consists of a two-storey house, a barn, a workshop, storage building and a yard of 1900 sq.m. The real estate is located at a quiet side street within the limits of the village about five minutes away by foot from the center, a bar, a grocery store and a bus stop.
The house has two floors connected by both internal and external stairs. The ground level holds a corridor, a kitchen, a basement and a storage room with a shower. The second floor has a corridor, living room and two bedrooms. Next to the house are the storage building and the workshop. The barn is a little bit further away. Near the workshop are the small gate and the big gate for vehicle access into the property.
The yard is spacious and holds several fruit trees, some vines, etc. It borders two streets but currently there is no access to the road at the back although one can be made. Some of the houses around are inhabited while others are empty so the surroundings of the property are relatively quiet.
The village is one of the biggest and well developed in the area providing several shops and bars, regular bus transport to the nearest town, it also has a school, a kindergarten, a church, park, etc. There is a river passing through the outskirts so those who like fishing can enjoy their hobby at the river banks. The village has good phone and internet reception and is surrounded by farming land. There are no industrial facilities or factories, so one can enjoy plenty of clean, fresh air and peacefulness.
