The house has one floor with a corridor and three rooms. There is also a basement under one of the rooms. Behind the main building is the annex which consists of a long corridor connecting two rooms and a premise for a bathroom. Further away in the yard you can find a small storage building where the previous owners used to store food for the animals, construction materials, old furniture, tools, etc.

The property is located about five minutes away from the center of the village, the local shop and bar. The place has very good road access all year round. The nearest small town is about 12 km away and there one is a police station, a bank and ATMs, construction material store, a restaurant, etc. The town is also the seat of the local council so it provides administrative services for the community too. The regional capital city Vratsa is about 40 minutes away by car while the national capital city Sofia and Sofia International Airport are about two hours away.
