Excellent location with quick access to Sofia city - 82 km. The village is also 15 km to the town of Pazardzhik. The house is just 200 m from the village center and the main road to Velingrad. 10 km or 10 minutes‘ drive is the village of Varvara, famous for its mineral pools and spa hotels.
The house and the summer kitchen were completely renovated - new PVC windows everywhere, as well as new interior doors. Laminate has been laid in the three rooms of the house. The walls of both buildings are plastered and latex painted. In the summer kitchen, the floor is laid with self-leveling screed.
