The house has 2 floors connected via internal staircase. The ground level holds a corridor, living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom, storage room and premise used as a shower room. Over the solid staircase one goes to the second floor, which includes a corridor, a terrace and 3 bedrooms. Not far from the house is the annex. It has a corridor and 2 rooms – living room and a kitchen.

In close proximity to this building and the house is the barn. It is a one level structure with attic space and one big room on the ground level. That premise is used as workshop and tools shed. Further into the yard is another structure which in the old days served as shelter for pigs, sheep and chicken. This section of the yard was the area where once the animals used to roam. Nowadays it is just an empty open space where the ground is covered with concrete. With some small additions, this part of the property can serve as parking area which can supplement the existing driveway located between the annex and the house.

The garden is located at the far end of the property and provides a good amount of space which can be used for growing of fruits and vegetables. There are already a few vines and several fruit trees here. The property is situated at an end side street with just 3 houses on it. The way how the house and the annex were built in the past provides additional privacy from the properties around. From the main building and the garden one can enjoy great panoramic views towards forest and mountains.

The village`s main street is situated just meters away from here. It is surrounded by hills and forest. There are two towns within 6-7 km distance from here. One of them is the seat of the local council and the other is the regional capital – the City of Vratsa.

Vratsa is one of the biggest cities in the Northwest of Bulgaria and also capital city of the region of Vratsa. As such, the town provides many amenities for the local population such as supermarkets and grocery stores, farmer markets with fresh, bio products, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, general hospital and several clinics, police department, various shops and stores for

Vratsa and the near town of Mezdra have good transport connections with the national capital city Sofia, the seaside and many other parts of Bulgaria. Sofia International Airport is less than two hours away from the house. There are also several famous tourist sites within short distance from the property such as ski track, a big cave, historical sites, nature park, monastery, an ancient fortress, etc. With dense forest, three lakes and big river within 10 km radius from the house, the area around the village provides great conditions for outdoor hobbies such as camping, fishing, hunting and wildlife photography.
