Old rural house with spacious yard situated in the outskirts of a big village 15 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property consists of main building, annex and plot of land. The house has two floors with separate entrances. The entrance for the ground floor is situated at the back of the building. Here one can find three premises. These rooms are stripped down and ready for work. The previous owners were intending to renovate the house so the beams and the ceiling structures were exposed in order to be inspected for any faults or problems. Now after being revised, the area is ready for renovations. Here one can make spacious kitchen with dining area, have separate living room/bedroom and also have a closet or storage room.
It is possible to make internal stairs connecting this floor to the level above. On the second floor one can find two bedrooms and a corridor. This area has separate entrance which is near the main gate. The property also has an old annex situated behind the house. It has two rooms but is in bad condition and need lots of repairs but with a bit of hard work, money and time, it can be brought back to usable state and serve as a tool shed or workshop.
The plot of land that comes with the house is quite spacious: 2660 sq.m. It holds plenty of open space as well as a big vineyard. The road which passes through the village is international road connecting Bulgaria and Romania via ferry crossing over the Danube River.
The national capital city Sofia is about two hours away from the property. As regional center for the area, Vratsa offers administrative services, schools and kindergartens, general hospital, dental services, police station, fire station, local museum, plenty of different shops, a theater, restaurants, bus station and train station.
