Big and Renovated Authentic Bulgarian House in a Beautiful Village in Lovech Region
Тhe house is set in a picturesque mountain village on both sides of Zlatna Panega River. It is a big and well-organized village with all amenities and is just 9 km to the nearest small town of Lukovit, 60 km to Lovech and 100 km to the capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport. Regular bus transport to the neighboring settlements is available frequently.
Two-storey solid building with a total living space of 150 sq.m., an outbuilding of 40 sq.m. and an outside toilet with a separate septic tank. A new water supply system and a new sewerage system were built 2 years ago. The garden is 1300 square meters. The first floor has 50 cm thick stone walls and consists of a corridor, bathroom with toilet, cellar and a dining room. The ceiling is 3 meters high. The second floor is brick and consists of an entrance hall, corridor, on the right a bathroom with a toilet and 2 renovated rooms, on the left 2 rooms, which were not renovated. The corridor is refreshed with white paint. All doors and windows are preserved original, wooden and repainted.
The renovated rooms have laminate flooring and ceiling tiles. The rooms are double. The first renovated room has a sofa bed and the second has a mattress. The first unrepaired room has an old double spring bed and the second has two new single beds. The dining room downstairs is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, washing machine. The table is handmade from an old solid wine barrel.
All rooms in the house have separate chimneys (upper 4 rooms, downstairs cellar, and the dining room has 2 chimneys at both far ends). Wood stove in the dining room and in one of the rooms upstairs. Both bathrooms were made 2 years ago and each has a separate 80 liter boiler. The two floors do not have a warm connection inside; each is with a separate entrance from the outside. The roof space is very large and could be established as another residential level.
The yard has regular shape and is fenced. Concrete walkways and paths; leveled and mowed easily with an electric mower. There is also a car gate, followed by vine trellis, which can be used for a car shelter. The property has a large water tank on the street side, to the right of the house. Two huge walnuts provide shade of half the property and the other half is constantly exposed to the sun. Here are also 3 hazelnuts, junipers, mulberries and some grapes. Located on one of the end streets; respectively cars rarely pass and is relatively quiet. 50 meters from the house is a bakery for bread and snacks. Neighbors on both sides of the property. The road to the house is excellent, without potholes.
The house was bought in order to be converted into a guest house. It is located in a very strategic place - within a radius of 15 kilometers are dozens of tourist attractions (rock monasteries, Thracian shrines, caves, fantastic views, eco-trails, rock phenomena, rivers, canyons, healing springs and others). It also currently accepts customers.
